Constantina, also known as Lena isn’t just any counselor – she’s your partner, in the journey towards healing. With her background as a school psychologist Lena brings an understanding to her counseling practice. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults taking an approach that considers the physical, mental and emotional well being of each individual.

Person Centered Approach: As a therapist who focuses on the person at the center of their therapy experience Lena tailors her approach to address challenges such as managing emotions coping with stress and anxiety dealing with ADHD/ADD or depression. What makes Lena stand out is her enthusiasm for teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques that empower clients to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Lena is committed to supporting individuals who are going through career or relationship transitions or those who are striving to manifest their dream lives. She currently offers in person sessions on Mondays. She is flexible and available for appointments from Tuesday through Saturday via telehealth (virtual therapy).
