Use your insurance or self pay
My self pay fee for a standard 50 minute session is $150.00.
I accept a few insurance plans, which are listed below.
I also accept personal checks, PayPal, Venmo, cash, HSA and credit cards.
All transactions are kept confidential and private.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Most clients come in 1 time per week though if circumstances warrant, I see clients 2-3 times weekly or bi-monthly, and also do one-time consultations. I also offer video sessions or telehealth through Theranest, which is HIPAA compliant.
I also accept insurance as an out of network provider. I provide superbills which have all of the information your insurance requires for out of network reimbursement.
Counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Privacy
It is important to know that Insurance companies require diagnoses in order to authorize treatment and payment. They also have access to your therapeutic records, and your history of diagnoses. Paying out of pocket keeps your information private and away from insurance companies. I will be happy to provide you with information shared to your insurer.
Utilizing insurance is a lot easier than you might think. Many times I am able to confirm your benefits and provide you with an an estimate within minutes of your phone consultation. All I need is your name, insurance card, and your birthday.

However, I can not guarantee that the information provided to me by insurance company is accurate. As such, I highly recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your session and asking these questions to help you better understand your benefits:

Medicine Assisted Therapy
Small Ketamine Group Sessions are $150 for 2 hours.
Maximum number of participants is 8.
Individual treatment of Trauma using the Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Model is $200 per hour, for a minimum of 3 hours.
Medicine assisted sessions are not covered by insurance companies and the current fee is $200 per hour. If you are interested in medicine assisted therapy, your insurance will cover the therapy part of treatment, not the medicine sessions.
