Catalina is certified in Art and Play Therapy. She is bilingual (English and Spanish), genuine and an empathetic therapist that utilizes Art and Play therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, Trauma Informed Care to help guide her clients throughout their healing process.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) with a Master’s degree in Counseling. My passion lies in helping individuals overcome personal struggles, build resilience, and achieve emotional well-being. With a deep commitment to holistic wellness, I integrate the wisdom of each person’s unique identity and experiences to support healing and transformation.

In my practice, I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and life transitions. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering them to create meaningful change. I believe in the importance of a collaborative therapeutic relationship where we work together to uncover the root causes of distress and develop practical strategies for personal growth.
